PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
All Travelers, please note that up to date passports are necessary and all existing passports must be good for 6 months after returning from any international travel per the current U.S. regulations. i.e. your passport needs to be valid until at least November 2022 to be safe.

Do not wait to get your passport. We encourage you to secure your passport ASAP due to processing delays due to the pandemic. The earlier you inquire will help prevent extra unnecessary fees to expedite the process. If the government undergoes another nationwide stay-at-home order, passport processing will be halted and can take 6 to 8 months to process. FLIGHTS
Cancun International Airport (CUN) is the best airport to fly into. If needed, MarieSam can help you book flights to get you the best price at no additional charge. 

All flights should arrive and depart from Cancun International Airport. If you book through MarieSam, the airport transfers to and from Hotel Xcaret Mexico will also be included in the price of lodging. Another item you will not have to worry about when booking with our Travel Coordinator. Estimated time from the Cancun International Airport to start your vacation, at Hotel Xcaret Resort is approximately 70 minutes.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
We have reserved a block of discounted rooms (minimum 3-night stay) at Hotel Xcaret Mexico, an all-inclusive resort 40 miles south of Cancun International Airport (CUN). Our travel coordinator, MarieSam, will be your go-to when it comes to booking a room, as well as helping you book your roundtrip flights.  

**We kindly ask that you DO NOT book rooms directly through the hotel or on an online travel websites as they will be 1) more expensive for you and 2) because your reservation made through the group block will help secure special amenities and perks for the entire group.**
